CANCELLATION POLICY – We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Without advance notice of cancellation, you will be required to pay for missed appointments.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Your late arrival will determine the length of time for your appointment. Please allow an hour after eating before your treatments. Please notify us of any health conditions or physical concerns before your appointment.
Please turn cell phones off completely or put in privacy mode.

No cash refunds on gift certificates.
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. If someone with a gift certificate books an appointment and is a "no show" without calling to cancel, the gift certificate will be used to pay for the missed appointment.
When having a seaclay or seaweed bodywrap, please bring either a two piece swimsuit or a second set of undergarments to wear during the treatment. This is a wet spa treatment.
All services are done by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday thru Saturday.
For appointments of 2 hours or more, a credit card will be needed to secure the appointment. If the client is a “no-show”, without calling to cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time, the credit card will be charged for the missed appointment.
